Katarina Hromnikova

Katarina Hromnikova fell in love with Pole Fitness in 2009, and as a result of attending just one class for fun with her friend. She never looked back and her journey to became a strong and flexible woman had begun. Subsequently, she trained with Elena Gibson and became a Pole Dance Instructor.

She studied Anatomy and Physiology for exercise (QCF), passed her ETM (Exercise to music level 2) certification and became a Personal Trainer. In 2014 she was voted as Pole Fitness Ambassador.

In addition, Katarina tried BoxingYoga™ to complement her training and never looked back. Through BoxingYoga™ she found out more about the importance of yoga for every day life.
She went to India for few months to deepen her knowledge and get a 200hr Yoga Alliance instructor certification. Her hunger for more knowledge is never-ending. Whenever she can, she signs up for new courses, invests in further training or into a new book to keep her self updated with the latest trends in the fitness industry.

Katarina believes in STRONG, CONFIDENT , FLEXIBLE body and a PAIN-FREE movement.

Extremely passionate about helping people of all fitness levels achieve their goals, Katarina commits to helping people be the best versions of themselves as well as living their happiest and healthiest lives.
