We have made every effort to ensure a safe and secure email submission process.

    We use any information submitted to provide you with further information about services we offer or to assist you in answering any questions or queries you may have.     MindBody and our Email newsletter

    We send a monthly email newsletter with the latest news, offers or events from London Dance Academy. We don’t share your data with anyone, but we use an email sender tool to send our email newsletter.

    You can unsubscribe from our email newsletter at any time through an automated system. This process is detailed at the footer of each email campaign.

    To run our timetable and booking system we use MindBody to process your data and sign you up to classes, memberships or newsletters. All personal details relating to any subscription are held securely with MindBody.     Online classes

    We use Zoom for our online classes. When you sign up you will receive an email from with a link to your class. You will be registered with Zoom for the duration of the class, but we go in regularly to delete your data from Zoom, and we just store it in Mindbody as our main database.

    Your rights

    Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you may request a copy of personal information held about you. And you can also request that any data we have should be amended or deleted.
