London Dance Academy offers a range of Pole Dancing and Pole Fitness classes suitable for anyone from complete beginners to professional Pole Dancers. Our highly qualified teachers will ensure that starting your Pole journey is a fun, safe, and inspiring experience.

Physically, Pole Dancing is a full-body workout, enhancing strength, flexibility, and coordination. Regular practice improves cardiovascular health and muscle tone. Where to find us
All our studio Pole Dance and Pole Fitness classes take place at our conveniently located Central London studio at The Basement, 49-51 Central St, London EC1V 8AB, just a short walk from Old Street and Barbican Stations.
We also have Pole classes live online and on-demand if you have a home pole.
