Spinning Pole Inter-Vanced Class
Minimum Pole Level 3 (Intermediate) experience required.
The Spinning Pole Inter-Vanced class is perfect for students of pole dance and pole fitness who have finished their Intermediate level and above, especially those wishing to further their pole skills and techniques. Spinning pole really works your arms and core for improved strength and endurance.
You will learn to control and hold your moves while performing diverse routines including spins, climbs, inverts, and graceful transitions.

Zero Minutes Lateness Policy
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class, you will not be allowed to attend a class if you have missed the warm up, as it is not safe.
