Pole Level 1/2 –Foundamentals Class
Our Pole Level 1/2 class is suitable for upper Level 1 – Foundation and lower Level 2 (Elementary) students.
Sometimes we find ourselves in-between levels.
During the Pole Level 1/2 – Foundamentals class the teacher will help you to perfect the more challenging moves from these combined levels so that you can confidently transition into Level 2 (Elementary) armed and ready to progress fast.
If you’re coming back to Pole Dancing after a break or simply wish to re-cap on some the signature moves from these two levels, this is the class for you.
What to wear in the Pole Level 1/2 class
Shorts and a crop top are advisable as you will need skin on pole contact.
Remove all jewellery before the class and do not use any body lotion or moisturiser on the day of your session, as it will cause you to slip off the pole. This is very important!
The moves you’ll learn
If you’re having trouble with any of the moves from Level 1, or some of the Level 2 ones take a Step-Around the pole, and practise Seated shapes, Fan Kicks or perhaps Inverts? The teacher will support you until you are confident and ready to move up to Level 2.
Important Information
Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please call reception. Arrival more than 10 minutes late means you will miss the warm-up and cannot join the class.
Cancellations: Provide at least 12 hours notice for cancellations.
