Vanessa Fagan

Vanessa (‘V’) has been practising Pilates and Yoga as well as general fitness for over 20 years. Her background is in classical ballet as well as gym and fitness training, and she also enjoys calisthenics, martial arts, climbing, dancing and anything else that engages her body and mind. In fact, Vanessa is keen on trying anything new that comes her way and likes a challenge, an enthusiasm she brings to all of her classes. She hopes helps to inspire participants regardless of where they’re at in their own fitness journey.

Her passion for Pilates started as a result of a severe back injury – it helped her rehabilitate her body and come back to full fitness after many years of chronic pain.

Vanessa knows that Pilates is a great, effective and fun all-body workout suitable for any skill level, age, size and background that can really transform people’s quality of life, increase their strength, flexibility, mobility, posture and body awareness and improve mood and energy levels dramatically.
Pilates skills and techniques are transferable to everyday tasks, and help participants lead a truly happier, healthier life.
