Our Vertical Ballet Barre for Beginners class is the perfect introduction to Ballet for adults. This high-energy, low-impact class is designed to elevate your heart rate and boost vitalit. And to sculpt your physique and enhance strength throughout the session. Led by our experienced instructors, you’ll learn the fundamentals of Ballet technique while enjoying the benefits of a full-body workout. In the class we use our poles as a vertical ballet barre.
Sculpt and Tone with Ballet
We believe that dance is not only an art form but also a fun way to sculpt and tone your body. In our Ballet classes, you’ll use the vertical barre and target and tone your abs, buttocks, and legs, all while incorporating resistance bands to add an extra challenge.
