Maxine Sircana

Maxine has been performing and training in aerial since 2016. An ex gymnast and dancer, she began her aerial journey as a natural transition from acrobatics and instantly fell in love with its uniqueness and the creative possibilities. She is a recent graduate from both Circomedia and National Centre of Circus Arts, where she specialised in aerial hoop.

Aerially, Maxine’s choreographic style focuses on flow and transitions, as well as learning new moves, to allow students to piece the moves together with style and grace.

Her classes have a warm, fun and supportive atmosphere. Great tunes and good vibes all round! Maxine’s classes encourages everybody to embrace, express and own their uniqueness.

She teaches beginners aerial hoop, beginners aerial silks, beginners handstands and acrobatics and beginners contortion and LDA and is thrilled to be part of the family!

Alongside performing, she loves to teach and to share her joy for physicality. She gets just as excited (if not more!) as her students do when they nail that new trick or achieve a new goal. She enjoys seeing people succeed, and supporting them in reaching their goals.

Aerial has transformed her life. She is a huge believer in the therapeutic and meditative side of training the body, as well as the fitness it brings. Whether it’s empowerment, improving body awareness and physical fitness or to supplement your current training, for a cute pic for the gram or for pure creative escapism, she believes everyone will find something in her classes.
