This unique fusion combines rock tracks with the artistry of pole dancing for an exhilarating workout. Get ready for tricks-based combos, power spins and all of the hair flicks. Build up your core strength, flexibility and self-confidence in a supportive and empowering environment. Heels are optional!

If you are running late for a class, call reception to let us know. If you are more than 10 minutes late for a class, you will not be allowed to enter, as you will have missed the warm up. We require a minimum of 12 hours notice for cancellations.
