Heels Pole Choreo Class
Suitable for Pole Level 1 (Foundation) students and up
In this class you will learn a choreographed sequence to music. This class works on improving your technique, flow and confidence whilst dancing in your heels. No body grip needed. Bring socks and kneepads and wear comfy/dance clothes.

Zero Minutes Lateness Policy
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class, you will not be allowed to attend a class if you have missed the warm up, as it is not safe.
We operate a 24 hour notice of cancellation policy.
