Our Power & Conditioning classes will help you activate and build your muscles, shape and tone your body. Suitable for all levels, these classes are led by experienced teachers who will motivate you to push yourself further.

All our Power and Body Conditioning classes take place at our conveniently located Central London studio at The Basement, 49-51 Central St, London EC1V 8AB, just a short walk from Old Street and Barbican Stations.
