Spinning Pole Beginners Class
Pole experience required equivalent to having finished Level 1 (Foundation).
This class is perfect for beginner-intermediate pole dance and pole fitness students, especially those wishing to further their pole skills and techniques. Spinning pole really works your arms and core for improved strength and endurance. You will learn to control and hold your moves while performing diverse routines, including spins, climbs, inverts, and graceful transitions.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class, you will not be allowed to attend a class if you have missed the warm up, as it is not safe.
