Heels Pole Choreography Class
Suitable for Pole Level 1 (Foundation) students and up
In the Heels Pole Choreography class you will learn a choreographed sequence to music. This class works on improving your technique, flow and confidence whilst dancing in your heels. No body grip needed. Bring socks and kneepads and wear comfy/dance clothes.

Important Information
Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please call reception. Arrival more than 10 minutes late means you will miss the warm-up and cannot join the class.
Cancellations: Provide at least 12 hours notice for cancellations.
