Pole Sport - Level 1 & 2 Class

Our Pole Sport class are suitable for Level 1 (Foundation) and up.

This pole fitness class combines a mixture of fitness, strength and tricks.

This dynamic pole fitness class blends a mixture of fitness, strength, and tricks, creating a comprehensive workout that challenges and inspires.

If would like to focus on inverts, climbs, tricks as well as cardio fitness and core strength, this is the class for you!

This class can compliment other pole dance classes, But Pole Sport also works as a stand alone class. Where you apply your new found confidence and strenght  is up to you!

What to wear to the class

Shorts and a crop top are advisable as you will need skin on pole contact.

Remove all jewellery before the class and do not use any body lotion or moisturiser on the day of your session, as it will cause you to slip off the pole. This is very important!

Important Information for Pole Sports students

Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please call reception. Arrival more than 10 minutes late means you will miss the warm-up and cannot join the class.
Cancellations: Provide at least 12 hours notice for cancellations.
