Lyrical Pole Class

Suitable for Level 1 (Foundation) as well as those looking to incorporate contemporary dance into their pole routines.

Our Lyrical Pole class is a fusion of Pole Dance and Contemporary Dance, merging flowing sequences and musicality with the aim of expressing emotion through movement.

If you have done pole before and are looking to create flowing, seamless routines, this class is ideal for you! You’ll be given an easy choreography to give you an idea of what Lyrical Pole can be.

What to wear to the Lyrical Pole Class:

Please bring leggings or jogging bottoms for this class.

If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. If you are more than 10 minutes late for a class, you may not be allowed to enter, as you would have missed the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 12 hours notice for cancellations.
