Discover Pole Class

Our Discover Pole class is for complete beginners to learn the basic steps, spins and tricks in pole dancing. You will be required to attend a minimum of 3 Discover Pole classes before before moving onto our Level 1 (Foundation).

Discover pole will teach complete beginners the basic steps, spins and terminology required before moving onto our foundation level.

Class Content:

During the class you will be taught basic pole moves including spins, transitions, floor work and sits. This will give you a good idea of what you would be able to achieve if you join our leveled classes. The moves are different every week so you can keep coming back! Your teacher will also show you how to put together a basic routine with what you have learnt.

Please don’t worry about your level of flexibility, strength or stamina; these are all qualities you will gain from Pole Dancing! We all had to start somewhere.

What to wear / bring to the Discover Pole class:

Gym gear – make sure you bring shorts (not leggings), and a comfortable top. Remove all jewellery before the class and do not use any body lotion or moisturiser on the day of your session, as it will cause you to slip off the pole.

Important Information

Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please call reception. Arrival more than 10 minutes late means you will miss the warm-up and cannot join the class.
Cancellations: Provide at least 12 hours notice for cancellations.
