Melissa Gray is the CEO of London Dance Academy and the creator of Splits Therapy. She has over 2 decades of experience in Yoga, anatomy and a broad variety of other dance and fitness based disciplines.

Melissa invites you to begin your journey with her to improve your splits, permanently and safely.

This class will blend positive mind association, solo, partner passive-active stretching techniques, breath work and relaxation. Suitable for all levels, no matter how far you feel you are away from your goals.

Bring two yoga blocks (even books are okay) and a resistance band (or belt).
