More than anything, Hanumanasana (or ‘monkey pose’) – the full split – shows us the power of devotion. In our Splits Therapy class we show devotion to ourselves and our personal development!

Melissa Gray is the CEO of London Dance Academy and the creator of Splits Therapy. She has over 2 decades of experience in Yoga, anatomy and a broad variety of other dance and fitness-based disciplines.

Melissa invites you to begin your journey with her to improve flexibility through your splits, permanently and safely.

This class will blend positive mind association, solo, partner passive-active stretching techniques, breath work and relaxation. Suitable for all levels, no matter how far you feel you are away from your goals.

If you are running late for a class, call reception to let us know. If you are more than 10 minutes late for a class, you will not be allowed to enter, as you will have missed the warm up.  We require a minimum of 12 hours notice for cancellations.
