Contortion Class for beginners

Our Contortion class for beginners is suitable for those with some flexibility.

We welcome practitioners of all abilities to improve flexibility and strength.

Through a blend of conditioning exercises and techniques, this class safely enhances range of motion and mobility. Participants will explore poses such as splits and backbends, progressing towards advanced skills including oversplits and chest stands.

With personalised guidance and a focus on alignment, students can expect gradual and safe progression. The class encourages personal growth, making it perfect for those looking to complement other disciplines like aerial arts, acrobatics and pole dancing.

Through a range of conditioning exercises, our Contortion class will safely teach you to extend your range of motion. Each week you will push your boundaries and increase your flexibility in a supportive and safe environment.

Contortion will help you will learn to achieve levels of flexibility you would never have thought possible – in a fun environment without pressure!

Important Information

Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please call reception. Arrival more than 10 minutes late means you will miss the warm-up and cannot join the class.
Cancellations: Provide at least 12 hours notice for cancellations.
