Crock (Expert Tip)

In this expert tip you will learn how to safely extend your range of motion while being guided through basic contortionist skills all the way to the more advanced exercises.  Working on backbends, walkovers and perfecting your splits through a range of exercises. This class is perfect for acrobatics, but also other aerial skills and dance forms, including pole dancing. You will learn to achieve levels of flexibility you would never have thought possible at your own pace.
