All our studio Choreography classes take place at our conveniently located Central London studio at The Basement, 49-51 Central St, London EC1V 8AB, just a short walk from Old Street and Barbican Stations.

LDA(Play) is our online library of pre-recorded classes. Pause, rewind & fast-forward a wide range of classes and train at your own pace. The only limit is your imagination.

LDA(live) are virtual classes which you can do from anywhere there is a stable internet connection, so get creative.
