Low Flow Hoop

Low Flow Hoop class is not suitable for complete beginners. You need to be Level 2 or above as some hoop experience is required.

This class is an exhilarating blend of aerial arts, dance, and fitness, conducted close to the ground using a low-hanging aerial hoop. You get to experience the thrill of aerial acrobatics while maintaining safety near the floor. Incorporating fluid movements, spins, and poses, you can explore graceful transitions between positions both inside and outside the hoop. This dynamic class enhances core strength, flexibility, and body awareness, while also fostering creativity and self-expression.

Aerial Hoop Low Flow classes provide a supportive environment for individuals to foster the joy of aerial movement and cultivate confidence in their abilities.

If you can’t make a Low Flow Hoop class you can join our Level 1 – 3 classes, or the Mixed Ability class, where the teacher will tailor to your level.
