Aerial Hoop Level 2 - Elementary

Welcome to our Aerial Hoop Level 2 Intermediate Class at London Dance Academy. This class is designed for those who have mastered Level 1 moves and are ready to progress. The class is ideal for students who have been recommended by their teacher to move up to the next level and take on more challenging techniques. 

If you can’t make a levelled class, you can still come to a Mixed Ability class, where the teacher will tailor to your level.

What to Expect in Aerial Hoop Level 2

Enhanced Conditioning and Technique:

In this class, you will engage in targeted conditioning exercises to build on the strength and flexibility gained in Level 1. Focus on intermediate techniques that will help you perform more complex moves on the hoop with confidence and grace.

Internediate Tricks and Choreography:

Learn to master intermediate tricks and develop intricate sequences on the hoop. This class will help you refine your skills and start creating more sophisticated aerial choreography, preparing you for advanced levels.

What to Wear 

Attire:
Please wear long leggings to ensure comfort and safety during your class.

Jewellery:
Remove all jewellery before class to prevent injuries and ensure a safe practice environment.

Important Information

Zero Minutes Lateness Policy

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class, you will not be allowed to attend a class if you have missed the warm up, as it is not safe.

We operate a 24 hour notice of cancellation policy.
