Our Aerial Hoop Level 1 class is suitable for complete beginners

Welcome to our Aerial Hoop Foundation Class, perfect for complete beginners and those with some hoop experience. This class will help you build a solid foundation in aerial hoop techniques.

During Aerial Hoop Level 1 classes we will focus on conditioning, to build the strength and flexibility needed for aerial hoop. We will also learn essential techniques to safely and effectively perform on the hoop. You will also lear to master basic tricks and develop aerial choreography sequences.

This is a challenging aerial hoop class for those that want to learn to play in the air and get started with circus tricks. Improve your strength and flexibility while having fun!

We know how busy life can get so we don’t offer courses only drop-in classes, but once you have mastered key moves on both sides, your teacher will let you know you are ready to move on to our Hoop Level 2 classes.

What to wear at the Hoop Level 1 (Foundation) class

Please wear long leggings and remove all jewellery to ensure comfort and safety during your class.

Zero Minutes Lateness Policy

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class, you will not be allowed to attend a class if you have missed the warm up, as it is not safe.

We operate a 24 hour notice of cancellation policy.
