Aerial Circus classes are a unique way to condition your body and enjoy circus-style exercises. Build your upper body and core strength, improve posture and flexibility while learning visually impressive circus tricks. Our Aerial Hoop and Aerial Silks classes are available 7 days a week for beginners and and those wishing to improve their repertoire.
All our studio Aerial classes take place at our conveniently located Central London studio at The Basement, 49-51 Central St, London EC1V 8AB, just a short walk from Old Street and Barbican Stations.

LDA(Play) is our online library of pre-recorded classes. Pause, rewind & fast-forward a wide range of classes and train at your own pace. The only limit is your imagination.
LDA(live)
LDA(live) are virtual classes which you can do from anywhere there is a stable internet connection, so get creative.
