Who among us doesn’t secretly dreams of being able to do the splits? Why does our mind often prevent us from achieving our goals? How many of us are too embarrassed to come to a stretch class? How many of us have been trying for years but are still stuck just a few inches from achieving our splits?

Melissa, co-Director of LDA, has spent most of her life dedicated to dance and the art of physical performance. Her worldwide research of different techniques has brought her to a theory of how we might achieve and maintain well-balanced, consistent splits.
She invites you to begin your journey with her to improve your splits, permanently and safely.
This class will incorporate techniques taught to Melissa by the most inspiring yoga, ballet, circus and martial artists she has had the privilege to work with over the years.
Each student will be provided with a YuYu Body Bottle, scented with essential oils to calm and relax the body.
We will blend heat with positive mind association, solo and partner passive-active stretching techniques, breath work and relaxation. Suitable for all levels, no matter how far you feel you are away from your splits.
Yoga Splits Therapy starts at 6pm, but Melissa invites all her students to join her on their mats 15 minutes earlier to relax, reconnect, warm your body and calm your mind after a hard day’s work.
This additional 15 minutes is completely free of charge and not at all compulsory. Class itself starts at 6pm.
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
