Pole Practice – Perfecting your moves because practice makes perfect!
Practice under the supervision of one our experienced teachers who will help and encourage you to develop your skills.
Pole dancing Level 1 / Foundation level experience required. (You will need to have finished Level 1 / have been told you are ready for Level 2).
No matter what experience you have, with a max of 2 students per pole you’ll get plenty of teacher contact and time to practice and perfect the moves you want to work on. Includes a conditioning warm-up and cool-down stretch.
Whether you need additional practice time on top of your pole level sessions, or want to work on perfecting specific moves, this open level class will help you achieve your goals in a supportive and safe environment.
Pole Practice – All levels is perfect to accompany your regular Level sessions from Level 2-5.
Please note this is an open level practice class with a teacher, so you will be grouped according to experience. You will work individually and with others, with support from our teachers to help you master those moves.
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
