Suitable for all fitness levels.
This is a cheeky, fun class where you will learn to work your booty. Bounce, pop, isolate those glute muscles, body roll & grind. After all this sultry dancing your hips’ll be so open you’ll be falling into the splits (if you like!).
Warning: this class is all about feeling more confident & sexy. Not only will you have a fabulous butt, you’ll also know how to work it!
You will be guided through a series of glute isolation exercises to achieve the best twerk moves.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or just want some pro tips, this class will take your twerk skills to the next level.
*Something you can bounce your booty in.
*Dancers’ knee pads are also a good idea. These are available at our shop or at most good dance shops.
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. With our new Covid Guidelines latecomers will not be permitted. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
