During the session we will focus on your individual anatomical needs – trust what your body is telling you.
Learn to sense patterns then use them to affect a positive change for a pain free life. Melissa believes movement is the key to unlocking the balance between all the aspect of our lives.

Melissa has over 2 decades of experience in Yoga, anatomy & a broad variety of other dance & fitness based disciplines.
Dancing since she was 3yrs old with a career as a physical performer since she was 19, her principle method for writing new concepts is to travel, experience, immerse, learn – then deliver a relevant lesson plan.
She invites you to begin your journey with her to improve your flexibility, permanently and safely.
This class will incorporate techniques taught to Melissa by the most inspiring yoga, ballet, circus and martial artists she has had the privilege to work with over the years.
We will blend positive mind association, solo and partner passive-active stretching techniques, breath work and relaxation. Suitable for all levels.
Stretch Therapy starts at 6pm, but Melissa invites all her students to join her on their mats 15 minutes earlier to relax, reconnect, warm your body and calm your mind after a hard day’s work.
This additional 15 minutes is completely free of charge and not at all compulsory. Class itself starts at 6pm.
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
