During the session we will focus on your individual anatomical needs – trust what your body is telling you.
Learn to sense patterns then use them to affect a positive change for a pain free life. Melissa believes movement is the key to unlocking the balance between all the aspect of our lives.

Melissa has over 2 decades of experience in Yoga, anatomy & a broad variety of other dance & fitness based disciplines. Dancing since she was 3 years old with a career as a physical performer since she was 19, her principle method for writing new concepts is to travel, experience, immerse, learn – then deliver a relevant lesson plan.
She invites you to begin your journey with her to improve your flexibility, permanently and safely. This class will incorporate techniques taught to Melissa by the most inspiring yoga, ballet, circus and martial artists she has had the privilege to work with over the years.
We will blend positive mind association, solo and partner passive-active stretching techniques, breath work and relaxation. Suitable for all levels.
Melissa invites all her students to join her on their mats early to relax, reconnect, warm your body and calm your mind after a hard day’s work.
