Power Yoga is suitable for all levels
An energetic, vigorous yoga class using vinyasa style exercises to improve strength and flexibility.
Expect an intense workout of flowing yoga poses which will increase your flexibility, stamina and posture as well as improving mental focus and balance.
Power yoga relieves muscle tension, tones your whole body (you will build up a sweat!) and enhances body confidence with every session.
Suitable for all levels, but expect to work hard – the results will not disappoint!
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to enter, as it may be after the warm up.
Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
