Suitable for Beginners to Intermediate students. An introductory class to contortion skills, for those who would like to start working on their flexibility.
If you’ve always admired contortionists and people who can drop into a split without much ado, but didn’t know where to start, this class is for you!
Learn a variety of partner and solo stretches from one of our very own resident contortionists. You will drastically improve your flexibility. This class is for beginners, so you will be taken through moves at your own pace. Whether you just want to touch your toes or become a human pretzel, you will love this class.
You will be working towards achieving front and box splits as well as backbends and other basic contortion moves.
Every week you will push the limits of your flexibility safely and with professional guidance. Working through a mixture of individual and partner exercises, you will achieve visible results and get guaranteed improvements with each session.
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know, and please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be permitted to enter, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
