Ballet with a twist! Ballet Burn is a class designed to work and sculpt your entire body, using primarily the classical ballet technique. During this class, you will focus equally on strength and flexibility, as well as becoming aware of your posture and learning how to stay light on your feet. You will work your way through a series of exercises to tone and stretch the body, and perhaps move your body in a way it’s never moved before! This is the start of your journey to becoming as strong and as supple as a ballerina. See you at the barre!
You may need a chair or surface to hold onto, and if you have ankle weights or light dumbells, you may want to use them. The class can be done without these though.

- If you’ve signed up with less than half an hour to go, you will receive your personalised link in a couple of minutes.

- If you join us early, you will be in a virtual waiting room, and the teacher will let you in.
- Please make sure you join with Computer Audio enabled, so you can hear the teacher.
