To become a really great dancer you need to be in tip-top shape so we’ve designed this class especially to help you improve your strength and flexibility. This is a perfect complementary class for pole dancing as well as other dance forms and aerial circus arts. You will nail those splits moves step by step!
With every class you will learn through a series of exercises to increase your mobility and flexibility and push your boundaries to achieve the perfect front splits, no matter which level you start out from.
Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced student, you will see visible progress with every session.
