Discover Pole – My First Lesson

Suitable for complete beginners.
Are you ready to give pole dancing a go? Come along to one of our Discover Pole Dancing classes and give it a try! Classes are run several times per week at our Old Street Studio and last 1 hour.

Class Content:

During the class you will be taught basic pole moves including spins, transitions and floor work. This will give you a good idea of what you would to be able to achieve and master if you were to join our classes. The moves are different every week so you can keep coming back! Your teacher will also showcase routines featuring all the moves you will learn on a foundation level, and answer any questions you may have.

It is natural to feel nervous before practicing a new activity, but relax. All our trainers are friendly, fully qualified fitness professionals, who love pole dancing and teaching. They will pass on their skills to you in a safe and inspiring atmosphere.

Please don’t worry about your level of flexibility, strength or stamina; these are all qualities you will gain from Poledancing! We all had to start somewhere. You will be shocked at how much you can achieve in a short space of time, and can burn up to 400 calories an hour, while spending most of the class laughing and smiling.
