Aerial Yoga Dance
Suitable for beginner and intermediate levels
Aerial Yoga Dance fuses elements from a range of disciplines including aerial conditioning, tricks, yoga and choreography using aerial hammocks (swings).
You will improve your stamina and learn tricks, flips and movements in and with the hammock. A fun full-body workout, this class both increases your strength and flexibility as well as aerial choreography.
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
