Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information. By viewing this page you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Payment can be made online or by phone or at London Dance Academy reception.
Bookings will only be confirmed once a deposit has been paid.
Once payment has been processed, your booking is confirmed.
Need to miss a class
If you can’t make a class we require a full 48 hours’ notice. But you can cancel at any time up to this point. If you've fallen ill or there's a serious issue, please give us a call on 020 3490 1018, and we will look at your membership or class credit together.
Refunds & Cancellations
In order to obtain a refund a full 14 days’ notice must be given prior to a Party. All drop-in class require a 48 hour cancellation notice before the class to receive a refund. And no refunds are given on memberships or class packs, but do give us a call on 020 3490 1018 if there's any serious issues and we can extend the membership to make sure you get the full value.
London Dance Academy Parties
To book a party we require a non-refundable £50 deposit. The remainder is due 2 days before the date of your party. If the balance isn’t paid by this time we reserve the right to cancel your event, without refunding the deposit.
If your party is booked less than 1 week prior to the event, payment must be made in full.
Please note that no alcohol may be consumed on the premises of any of our spa or gymnasium venues. If you would like to have some drinks after your party we have several packages available at licensed venues please contact us.
We reserve the right to make alterations to classes booked with us. This is very rare, but sometimes necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. This applies to start dates, times, venue locations previously stated for courses, taster classes, open classes and private parties. If a change has to occur, we will offer an appropriate alternative. If however none of the alternatives are convenient, you can have a full refund.
All participants must be over 18. Younger guests are welcome if accompanied by a parent or guardian. However, this at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse an individual taking part if they are under 18.
Purchasing Poles & merchandise
We cannot accept responsibility for faulty goods or provide refunds for poles, we cannot accept responsibility if your pole has been assembled incorrectly or caused any damage. This is the responsibility of the supplier.
Health and Safety
Before taking part in any physical activity with London Dance Academy all participants are required to sign a disclaimer. If you have any reservations regarding your health or know that you are pregnant, please informLondon Dance Academy and we will be happy to discuss alternatives.
London Dance Academy are fully insured & our trainers are first aid qualified, however any failure to follow the instructions of your trainer that result in personal injury will automatically mean students are exempt from any type of insurance covered by London Dance Academy.
