Pole-mergency. We all have areas we need to improve on and perfect, no matter how advanced you are.
Each week Pole-mergency will have a new focus, offering intermediate level versions, as well as, for advanced students, more difficult and challenging combinations.
So whether you struggle with your deadlifts, butterfly or just want some new ways to climb, check out the weekly theme on Facebook and come play!!
Be ready to challenge yourself and achieve noticeable results with each session, while training in a fun and supportive environment. You will get lots of teacher contact time while helping you perfect those ‘nemesis’ moves.
So don’t despair or feel like you “just don’t get it” – this class will solve all your pole troubles!

If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
