Prior pole dancing experience required (equivalent to our Level 1/Foundation level)
You will solidify the skills developed during the Level 1 course and progress to learn complex transitions and spins, which help you further develop your pole skills, adding exciting new moves to your repertoire.
Once you have mastered all standard grip spins, spinning climbs to the top of the pole, one-handed spins, inverted crucifix snake dismount and your inverted V on both sides, you’re ready to move on to our Intermediate course.
Each class is 1.5 hours long and with 4-7 poles available at each venue, you’ll have plenty of time to focus on the more challenging moves, such as inverts. We have a choice of two different venues. Our Old Street venue has 7 poles; while our venue in Liverpool Street has 4 poles. We will always aim for a maximum of 2 people per pole.
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know, and please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be permitted to enter, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
