Pole dancing is a technique that anyone can learn. No prior dance or fitness experience is needed. Don’t forget we were all beginners once!
During your first lessons your posture, fitness and confidence will improve and more importantly, you’ll have loads of fun while starting to achieve your goals. As well as learning basic pole moves, you’ll learn how to choreograph your moves to form your own beautifully flowing routines.
Each class is 1.5 hours long, so you’ll have plenty of time to focus on the more challenging moves, such as inverts, climbs and spins.
Our Old Street venue has 7 poles; while our venues in Liverpool Street has 4 poles. We will always aim for a maximum of 2 people per pole.

Do bring along a pair of shorts as some of the moves require you to grip with your legs. High heels are only required if you wish.
Please do not use any body lotion or moisturiser on the day of your class, as it will cause you to slip. This is very important!
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know, and please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be permitted to enter, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
