Pole Acrobat requires Pole Dancing Level 3 / Intermediate experience.
Focusing on pole tricks and acrobatics techniques including handstands, backbends and walkovers, this class will help you build strength for pole and acrobatics. We will target mainly core muscles and shoulders and improve flexibility.
Pole Acrobat aims to get you strong enough to combine pole tricks with acrobatics. The class will build your skills to allow you to fuse techniques from both and develop your own routines.
Be ready to work hard, while facing those ‘nemesis’ moves. This class will deliver guaranteed results!
Each class will guide you through a series of conditioning exercises and techniques. With a max 2 students per pole, so you will have plenty of teacher contact and time to practice on and off the pole.
Expect a challenging but rewarding class each time – you will consistently push your limits, and you’ll love the results!
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
