Pole dancing Level 1 / Foundation level experience required for all Personal Pole Training sessions.
Personal Pole Training sessions have been designed to improve your strength, stamina and flexibility. You will identify and tackle specific moves you are struggling with. The teacher will divide their time equally between each of you, helping you to perfect any tricks you are having trouble with.
In Personal Pole Training, you will learn correct techniques for spins, inverts, aerial work, handsprings and pole gymnastics in a fun yet challenging way. Tackle any ‘nemesis’ moves and get results with every session.
Open to all levels, as long as you have passed Level 1. You will receive a lot of attention and ongoing weekly evaluations. Expect to work hard and you will definitely see amazing results fast!
No matter how much or how little experience you have, these classes will continue to challenge you. You will develop your skills, strength, flexibility and stamina in a supportive, safe environment. So feel free to talk to your teacher about specific moves you are trying to master or specific areas you are currently having difficulties with.
Ideal to complement your regular Level 2-4 classes. Max two students per pole, so lots of teacher contact time for everyone.

If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
