Ninja Conditioning

Ninja Conditioning is suitable for Level 3 / 4 (Intermediate and Advanced students.)

It has been on everybody’s wish list for so long and now LDA is proud to bring you NINJA Conditioning! This class is designed to build strength for pole and aerial athletes, targeting mainly core muscles and shoulders. One of the best ways to succeed in this area is to use gymnastic concepts and equipment, such as rings.

 

Class content:

Climbing, swinging, hanging upside down plus an aerial traverse of the studio.  All combined with strength and conditioning circuits!

Raise your heart rate, get stronger, faster and push your limits! This is the class which takes you to the next level in every sense, what will you do with your new ninja skills?

Also including : Calisthenics, cardio, primal and functional movement training and FUN, FUN, FUN!!

 

If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up.  Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
