Pole Dancing Level 1 / Foundation experience required. (You should have taken a few Level 1 sessions before starting this class).
This class focuses on improving and mastering inverts, climbs and spins. We will work on core conditioning techniques, inverts from the ground with and without a kick up, inverts from up the pole and inverts on a spinning pole.
Inverts, Climbs & Spins Beginners will develop and improve your technique as well as enhancing your general flexibility and stamina.
Don’t worry if you have not yet nailed your inverts or climb. With a max 2 students per pole, you will benefit from lots of teacher contact and practice time to perfect those new moves.
Pole Dancing Level 2 / Elementary required. (You should have mastered all basic inverts, climbs and spins before taking this class.)
This is a great class for students who have been pole training for a while. You should feel confident with basic inverting and climbing, so you’re ready to move onto some more advanced techniques.
We will help you to improve your straddle, aerial inverts and advanced climbs, whilst also working on advanced aerial conditioning. Inverts, Climbs & Spins Intermediate will get you stronger and ready for your higher level moves.
Inverts, Climbs & Spins Intermediate will develop your technique as well as enhancing your general flexibility and stamina. Max 2 students per pole. You will benefit from lots of teacher contact and practice time to perfect those new moves.
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
