Floorwork & Flow
Suitable for Level 1 and above
Learn how to balance your up-the-pole tricks with floorwork and base of the pole moves.
This class focuses on some fundamental elements of floorwork, including ways to travel across the floor and around the pole and give you new floor based tricks to add to routines.
Feel free to bring your heels for that sexier touch or just go barefoot if you prefer.
Knee pads and socks are recommended (also available to purchase from reception).
