After a yoga-inspired flow warm up, work on a range of tricks based around pole flexibility, focusing on backbend and splits combinations.
Ideal if you want to start focusing on intermediate and advanced pole tricks, as well as improving your general mobility. You will be guided through each move safely and supported by one of our experienced, professional teachers to help you achieve steady progress with each class.
Perfect whether you feel flexibility has always been your Achilles heel, or simply want to progress to more advanced moves. You will practice on and off the pole for maximum effect. Flexi Pole will challenge you to attain visible results with every session.

If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
