Splits Therapy – 2hr workshop

Who among us secretly dreams of being able to do the splits?  Why does our mind often prevent us from achieving our goals?  How many of us are too embarrassed to come to a stretch class?  How many of us have been trying for years but are still stuck just a few inches from achieving our splits?

Who is ready for a fresh, relaxed and more holistic approach to achieving their splits?

Melissa, Director of LDA, has spent most of her life dedicated to dance and the art of physical performance.  Her worldwide research of different techniques has brought her to a theory of how we might achieve and maintain well-balanced consistent splits.

She invites you to begin your journey with her to improve your splits, permanently and safely.

This class will incorporate techniques taught to Melissa by the most inspiring yoga, ballet, circus and martial artists she has had the privilege to work with over the years.

We will give each student a YuYu Body Bottle, with scented essential oils to calm and relax the body.
We will blend heat with positive mind association, solo and partner passive-active stretching techniques, breath work and relaxation.


HHH – Headstands, Handstands & Happy Hips for Beginners

This class is suitable for complete beginners and anyone afraid of inversions.

If you haven’t tried our brand-new HHH class yet, this is a great opportunity to see what it’s all about!

The workshop will focus on alignment, posture, balance and confidence.

HHH is for those of you that are unsure about attending a Splits class but feel stiff and would like to begin to improving your flexibility.

We will explore ways to help you enjoy going upside down and enjoy the benefits of being more supple.


If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
