Yoga-Lates a dynamic blend of both Yoga and Pilates.
It is a total body workout focused on toning the glutes, thighs and stomach.
You will work at developing your core strength and stabilisation through Pilates poses and exercises and improving your flexibility, muscular strength, posture and alignment through yoga techniques, including breathing and relaxation for mind and body.
All sports and training needs to start with a good base to prevent injuries and to build a good body and mind. Wellbeing starts from the inside out – Yoga-Lates is the way to get there!
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to enter. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
