This 90 minute class, will build heat and strength in the body for the first 60 mins. With a strong focus on arms, shoulders and core, it’s a fast vinyasa flow that will let you play with arm balances and inversions.
The last 30 minutes of the class will slow things right down, working to improve flexibility, and calm the mind. Finishing with a dreamy savasana.
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
