Suitable for all levels.
A slow fluid yoga class suitable for both beginners and seasoned yogis. This is a steady practice followed by deep stretches.
You will be working on strong balance poses as well as inversions.
The class will start with a gentle warm up, and build up to a more dynamic flow movement. You will be on every single muscle while each week trying a new pose, either arm balances or super deep stretches. The class will finish with deeper hip openers, restorative stretches and a relaxing shavasana pose.
As you continue to practice, you will observe your body’s transformation and progression.
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
