This class will help to increase strength, stability and coordination whilst maintaining the grace and poise of a dancer.
Drawing on ballet exercises and traditional barre workouts, this class incorporates poles as well as small weights and resistance bands to help intensify the sculpting & strengthening experience.
A fun and highly efficient workout, Vertical Barre will switch up your exercise routine and improve your strength and stamina in no time!
The class is set to upbeat music and includes lots of repetition to help condition your muscles in a lengthened and low impact way.
What to wear? Comfortable workout clothes and socks.
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
